Our menus below are suggested menus suited to a funeral wake, reception or memorial. If you have any dietary requirements or family favourites that you would like included, we can of course tailor our menus to suit your needs. We are flexible and here to help. We can also provide a selection of vegan and gluten-free sandwiches and cakes if required.
Vintage Afternoon Tea Menu
Platters of finely cut meat, fish and vegetarian cocktail sandwiches, on white, wholemeal and granary breads:
Free range chicken mayonnaise and leaf salad
Traditional smoked ham and salad
Tuna mayonnaise with sweet corn and leaf salad
Fresh poached salmon with dill mayonnaise
Mixed cheese with celery and spring onion (v)
Free range egg mayonnaise with watercress (v)
Three tier cake stands with a selection of homemade cakes to include, lemon drizzle cake, carrot cake, porter cake, chocolate fudge cake, fresh cream and jam scones, mini meringues
Selection of English and fruit teas and coffees
