Careys arrived on time, and we didn't have to worry about their presence or involvement as it was appropriate and professional. The food spread was great, looked amazing and was very tasty, just perfect for the occasion. It was great to take a small number of the leftovers home! Providing food for over 100 people is no mean feat. Your presence was unobtrusive, but you offered advice as needed and ensured that all ran smoothly and on time.
